This policy details out how this website (hereafter referred to as "Fast4Future") uses and protects any information that you may give FAST4Future when visiting this site. This site is based on Moodle learning management system that has users with different roles. This policy covers the information we collect and store during user registration as well as when you are using the site.

For us to provide you with any service on this site, we collect your personal details through user self-registration and ensure the privacy of this data.

We may collect your personal details and data about your participation in our online activities. 

We may collect the following information: 

• Your personal details when you register for online classes, training, webinars, and other events that we might conduct online. 
• Your personal details when you get registered as instructor, tutor, facilitator or demonstrator in the site. 
• Information you provide to us when you request support. 
• Information you provide when you participate in our forums
• Details you provide when you give us feedback through Contact Us form or Course Feedback. 
• Information you provide when you use chat features of platforms that host online classes, meetings, workshops to ask questions during any online events.

How is this information used? 

Your personal data is required for the proper functioning of the Learning Management System. Data about your participation in online activities will help us improve our services. 

How long is my data stored? 

You can opt-out and delete your account anytime you wish to. When you delete your account, all data associated with the account will be deleted. You can export all your data before deleting the account. Data for active accounts is retained for as long as the account is active.

We are committed to keeping your information secure through relevant security provisions, procedures and hardware that protect and ensure integrity of the FAST4Future website and preventing unauthorised access or disclosure

This Fast4Future Learning management system is based on the Moodle Content Management System thereby, in addition to our own cookies, it uses Moodle cookies for proper functioning

MOODLEID_	This is a cookie for storing username field information provided at login for the purposes of auto filling the username field on the user's next visit for convenience
