Good day, everyone!
Today, we’re excited to welcome Dr. Chandra Shekhar Saraf from the Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute (KASI), South Korea, for a fascinating seminar titled "Charting the Cosmos: From Ancient Light to Future Frontiers." Over the last hundred years, our understanding of the Universe has changed dramatically. Once thought to be static and unchanging, we now know the cosmos is expanding faster and faster, shaped by mysterious forces like dark matter and dark energy. Dr. Saraf will introduce us to the standard model of cosmology—the framework scientists use to explain how the Universe works—and walk us through some of the biggest questions researchers are trying to answer today.
We hope you enjoy the talk and take an interest in this area of research.
