This 4-hour hands-on workshop is designed to introduce students and early-career researchers to the fundamentals of Python programming with a focus on applications in space science. Participants will learn Python syntax and programming structure, along with essential scientific libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, SymPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn. The session will cover practical numerical and statistical methods used in analyzing real-world space science data. By the end of the workshop, attendees will be able to write basic Python scripts, manipulate and visualize data, and apply computational tools to solve problems in astronomy, astrophysics, and space weather research.
